This particular book is pretty hard to find. I can’t say it is in the best of condition. It’s well used, has some wrinkled pages and browning of the pages. It also has a little musty smell to it. Some staining on back cover. I saw two pages with small tears on the top of the page. See the pictures for the visual condition. Thank you.
